Because we want your item to arrive safe and sound, we ship most domestic orders via FedEx Ground.

Most items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. Please allow 4 to 7 business days following shipment for your order to be delivered.

(We do not ship to PO Box and APO, AP addresses)

Canada orders are generally shipped via FedEx International Express.

Note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply call us at 1-866-999-6255 to set up a RETURN #, ship it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, some items have specific return directions. We must receive your returned purchase within 14 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item excluding shipping and handling charges . We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Note: There is an additional restocking fee of $150.00 for returned Round Cribs.
