What are the shipping charges? Beyondbedding.com offers flat-rate shipping for as many items that you place into your shopping cart. How long does it take to receive my item(s)? After we receive your approved payment, your order is processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We then send you a confirmation e-mail with your FedEx tracking information after your order has been sent to the warehouse for packing and pickup. FedEx Ground service can take 7-10 days, depending on the state you live in. We ship from our Florida warehouse. All of our bedding sets come as complete sets and are prepackaged. We cannot sell any individual items from our bedding sets or mix/match the pieces for matching accessories. We do, however, have many accessories that can be purchased separately or added to your order. Can I return an item(s)? Yes. We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive the item. You MUST contact us for a return authorization number; returns sent back to us without this cannot be properly credited to you. Items must be unused/unwashed, and in the original packaging. We DO NOT refund shipping costs for returns. Returns RECEIVED past the 14 day return period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. What is the difference between a comforter, a duvet, a duvet cover, and a comforter cover? A duvet cover is the same as a comforter cover; it is not the filled comforter itself. Think of it as a large pillowcase that is used to protect the comforter. (In Canada and Europe, the comforter itself is called a duvet.) Most duvet covers have button enclosures for ease in removing the comforter when you want to wash the cover, which fits easily into washing machines. Washing just the cover saves the comforter from being stuffed into the washer. In addition, with a new duvet cover you can change the colors/decor of your room without having to purchase a new comforter. Can I order if I live in Canada? Canada orders are generally shipped via FedEx International Express. Note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. How long will my refund take? Our general refund processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the time your return is received in our warehouse. You will then see a refund on your next credit card billing statement or if you used PayPal, it will be credited to your PayPal account. Thank you for your patience.
