You can then ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the credit card used for the original purchase.
We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered, no exceptions. Items that are not returned in their original condition and packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
